Following either of the foundation trainings where you learn the basics of somatic coaching, this training builds a coherent framework of coaching to support you in client transformation and creating an exceptional journey of activation and aliveness.

In this seven days we deepen with the curiosity around somatic space holding and nervous system interaction by exploring key life themes like food, relationships and money to help us understand the dynamics at play in our own lives and those of the client in front of us.

this is a broadening and deepening of the themes already explored in the foundation trainings with more mastermind, small group and interactive practices.
